  • Do not physically stock inventory

  • Do not own the manufacturing rights of listed products

All products are sourced from third-party international suppliers and shipped directly from overseas warehouses, including suppliers located in China.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We act as a facilitator between you and our supplier.

  • Products are fulfilled and dispatched by third-party suppliers.

  • Returns are processed through our supplier’s international return facilities.

  • Product packaging, branding, or labeling may differ from website images.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.

  • All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

  • Applicable GST/HST may apply depending on your province.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days

  • Products are shipped directly from international suppliers

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for:

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss after confirmed delivery
