At Michelle Toronto, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. All orders are processed and shipped through our trusted international supplier network.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Shipping Origin
- All products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, including suppliers located in China.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days.
- Please note that delays may occur due to:

- Carrier disruptions
Shipping Protection
We offer Shipping Protection for your order. This ensures that if your package is lost or damaged during transit, you are eligible for one replacement or refund per order.
- Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- Protection applies once per order, per customer.
- To activate your shipping protection, you must submit proof of the issue before we proceed with a replacement or refund.
Customs & Import Charges
- Depending on shipment value and Canadian regulations, customs duties or import charges may apply.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Responsibility
- Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, the responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Return Procedure & Tracking
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
Return & Refund Options
In addition to standard returns, we offer the following options:
- Replacement: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we can send you a replacement at no extra cost (if available). You may not be required to return the original item.
