Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- A return can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Shipping Protection
We offer Shipping Protection for your order. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, Shipping Protection ensures you’re eligible for one replacement or refund per order.
- Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- Protection applies once per order, per customer.
- To activate your shipping protection, you must submit proof of the issue before we proceed with a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
